Three Park Safari (a day with the animals)

Program Overview
Pick up from your hotel app. at 7:30am (depending hotel location and numbers of hotel to visit). Proceed inland and have your first stop at a brickyard. Witness the process of hand made roof tiles and it’s burning process. Cross the country side on small roads with some parts off road condition, you will head to the Elephant Park. Hand feed Sumatra elephants and join an elephant ride through the camp above the Ayung river. The elephants are lovely and tamed and used to people but still be careful and don’t act to confidential during feeding and photographing, they are still wild animals. Some percentage of your entrance fee will be donated to the elephant foundation in Sumatra. Thank you. Drive through rice cultivation area with beautiful terraced rice fields. Photo stop possible at any time. For a Three-course-lunch we stop at a nice Balinese restaurant. A short trekking of 40 min is optional. Walk on natural trails, through rice fields and a traditional village to experience rural life. Please be careful and always watch your steps. Especially during rainy season is more slippery. Participants who don’t join trekking, will be transferred to the Bird Park, where you will meet the trekking group little bit later. Stroll through the Park to see hundreds of colorful birds and experience the mist-shrouded Walk-In-Aviary, home to free flying birds in a dense rainforest setting. From the Bird Park you visit the Reptile Park just across. Reptiles from all over the world included the famous Komodo dragon can be seen. Interact with iguanas or other exotic reptiles in a special designed open air enclosure.
Transfer back to your hotel will take about 45 min. depending hotel location. Back at your hotel app. 4:30 pm.
