A solid team is reflection of leadership's style & your organization perfomance. These are the basic priciples behind experimental learning. Behavior, motivation, communication, leadership, problem solving & team work are better learn outdoors in practice rather than theory in the class room. These activities are most excellent for archieving the following objectives:

- Develop & improve a solid team work
- Develop leadership qualities
- Improve problem solving & communication skill
- Instill positive attitude & improving staff motivation
- Indetify staff with hidden potential

Each activities is designed based on tailor made approach. Required minimum 25 paticipants.

ITINERARY
Day-1	Arrival Bali (LD) Arrival DPS before lunch. Pick-up at the airport, lunch at local restaurant, direct half day Tanah Lot Sunset Tour visiting: Taman Ayun Temple, Alas Kedaton Monkey Forest, Tanah Lot Temple while watching sunset, dinner at local restaurant, check-in hotel.
Day-2	Team Building Activity (BSLD) Breakfast at hotel. Team Building Activity (location depends on request). Half Day: approximately 5 hous team building activity followed by southern part of Bali Tour visiting: Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park & Uluwatu Temple while watching sunset. Full Day: approximately 8 hours team building activity only. Lunch will be served at local restaurant/lunch box. Seafood dinner will be served at Jimbaran Beach.
Day-3	Watersport/Shopping & Bali Departure (BSL) Breakfast at hotel. Escort to Tanjung Benoa Beach to watersport activities such as: Parasailing, Diving, Glass Bottom Boat, Banana Boat, Jet Ski, etc at personal charge. Lunch will be served at local restaurant. Transfer to airport for next destination.
